Karly is a registered osteopath who qualified in 2016 with a Masters degree in Osteopathy.

She first became interested in Osteopathy after taking her son for treatment as a baby and her passion for Osteopathy grew from there. Karly  has done further studies with the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS) to become qualified in acupuncture and dry needling.

Karly has experience in treating a wide range of chronic and acute health conditions such as, sport related injuries, age related conditions or general aches and pains.

Karly’s aim is to help ease pain and discomfort to allow patients to live a better life doing the things they love.

Karly’s treatment approach is personalised and specific for you and your needs. She uses a hands-on approach mixing traditional Osteopathic techniques with soft tissue massage, joint manipulation, exercise prescription and dry needling where appropriate.

Karly will take time to explain the diagnosis to each individual patient, as this allows them to fully understand and manage their condition and rehabilitation.

Judy Cradock

Judy studied to be an osteopath at Oxford Brookes University, graduating in 2007. My road into the profession started with having back problems myself and consulting an osteopath. Judy was amazed by how helpful I found it.

Judy was already very interested in health and she realised that a profession involving hands-on manual therapy, advice for self-help and consideration of the patient as a whole, was a winning combination for me.

Judy first studied and worked as a remedial massage and manipulation therapist, mainly dealing with sports injuries, and then went on to do my degree in Osteopathy.

Judy has worked in various clinics in West Yorkshire since graduating and gained a great deal from regular discussions and meetings with other practitioners. she loves treating a range of patients from teenage to the older adult and a range of conditions.

Examples would include women with musculoskeletal pain in pregnancy, people with more age-related conditions such as osteoarthritis, repetitive strain injuries, headaches and back and neck problems, to name but a few.

Judy is particularly interested in collaborating with patients to increase understanding of the cause of the pain and building management plans to facilitate recovery.
